AquaLab Water Activity Meter: Series 3TE 
The Series 3TE combines the world-class speed and accuracy of the Series 3 with internal temperature control. Using pushbuttons, you can choose a measuring temperature between 15 and 50°C. The temperature is expertly managed with internal thermoelectric (Peltier) components. No additional equipment is required. Originally designed for government inspectors, the 4-inch Pawkit is a reliable water activity instrument for use on-the-go. To make a measurement, flip back the sensor cover and fit the Pawkit over a standard AquaLab sample cup. A push of a button brings an accurate reading within five minutes.
Pawkit owners include government inspectors, jerky manufacturers, small food companies, and production-line QA managers, among others. The Pawkit is accurate to ±0.02 aw, so it can only be used where a higher accuracy is not critical.

Isotherm Generator

A moisture sorption isotherm maps the complex, product-specific relationship between water content and water activity. Considered the "fingerprint" of a food product, this curve (usually S-shaped) shows how water activity changes as water content is increased or decreased. An isotherm is the key to understanding and controlling product formulation, product stability, moisture sensitivity, temperature effects, and drying characteristics.
Until now, you could expect to pay around $100,000 for an isotherm generator (or take 2-5 weeks to create a single isotherm by hand). EC5 Soil Moisture Sensor

The EC-5 Soil Moisture Sensor meets the needs of those who are looking for an all-around ideal soil moisture sensors. The EC-5 obtains volumetric water content by measuring the dielectric constant of the media through the utilization of capacitance/frequency domain technology. In addition, the EC-5 sensors incorporate a high frequency oscillation, which allows the sensor to accurately measure soil moisture in any soil or soilless media with minimal salinity and textural effects.

The EC-5 continues to be our lowest-cost soil moisture sensor enabling those researchers on a tight budget to monitor soil moisture in multiple locations and depths. In the field, the robust design of the EC-5 allows the sensor to be pushed directly into undisturbed soil. However, the compact design of the EC-5 makes it possible to measure volumetric water content in labs and greenhouses. Factory calibrations are included for mineral soils, potting soils, rockwool, and perlite.
